- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and send it back to the address we provide. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
- Opened and used smart locks and commercial locks, unless they are defective.
- Custom or special-order products that were made to your specifications.
- Gift cards or downloadable software.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
